Receta Ham Slices With Spinach
Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce.) frzn minced spinach
- 1 sm. stalk celery, finely minced
- 1 can (4 ounce.) mushroom stems & pcs, liquid removed
- 2 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (opt.)
- 2 fully cooked smoked ham slices, 1/2 inch thick (about 1 1/2 lbs.)
- 1 tbsp. butter, melted
- Horseradish Sauce
Direcciones
- Cook spinach as directed on package; drain. Cook and stir celery, mushrooms and onion in oil till celery is tender. Stir in spinach, salt and pepper. Place 1 ham slice in ungreased shallow baking dish making diagonal cuts along hams edges. (This keeps meat from curling.)
- Spread ham slice with spinach mix. Top with second ham slice making diagonal cuts along the edge. Brush second slice with butter. Cover and cook in 325 degree oven for 15 min. Uncover and cook 15 min longer. Serve with Horseradish Sauce.
