  1. Place squash, cut side down, in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 min, or possibly till done. Cook celery, onion, and green pepper in the 4 Tbsp. butter just till tender. Scoop out pulp of squash; mash. Mix in cooked vegetables, ham, salt and 3/4 c. of crumbs. Return mix to shells. Combine remaining crumbs and 2 Tbsp. butter; sprinkle over squash. Bake 10 min more.
