Receta Cocoa Walnut Brownie Loaf

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine softened
- 3/4 c. Packed brown sugar
- 3/4 c. Granulated sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 3/4 c. Unfitted flour
- 1/2 c. Cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 8 ounce Plain yogurt * at room temperature *
- 1 c. Minced walnuts
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Coarsely minced walnuts

- Cream together butter, sugars and vanilla. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating until mix is light and fluffy. Combine dry ingredients. Add in dry ingredients to creamed mix in thirds, alternately with yogurt. Stir in minced walnuts. Pour into a greased 9x5 loaf pan. Bake 350* 65-75 min or possibly till loaf springs back to touch. Top may be cracked. Cold in pan 10 minutes. Invert on wire rack and cold completely.
- If you choose to frost ( I never have, it is wonderful plain) this recipe came with the following frosting.
- Cocoa Fudge Frosting: Heat butter. Combine with cocoa, sugar, lowfat milk & vanilla, beat till smooth and creamy ; adding additional powdered sugar if necessary for spreading consistency. Garnish with minced walnuts.
