Receta Hamburger Hot Dish

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. hamburger
- 1 med. onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 to 1 can lowfat milk
- 6 to 8 med. potatoes
Direcciones
- Season and brown hamburger and onions, drain off excess liquid. Add in soups and lowfat milk to browned hamburger. Slice raw potatoes, put in bottom of baking dish or possibly roaster. Pour hamburger mix over the top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees till potatoes are done. Before serving, you can sprinkle with shredded cheese, if desired.
