Receta Hamburger Sauerkraut Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 c. sauerkraut
- 4-5 potatoes, cooked and mashed with butter
Direcciones
- Brown hamburger and onions, season to taste. Cook sauerkraut for 10 min. Put hamburger in bottom of 2 1/2 or possibly 3 qt casserole, put sauerkraut over then top with mashed potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
