Receta Hamentashen (Traditional Purim Cookie)

Ingredientes
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Oil
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 5 1/2 x -(up to)
- 6 c. Flour
- 1 x -(up to)
- 2 jar (small) baked good filling (apricot, prune, cherry, poppyseed, etc.)
Direcciones
- Mix together Large eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Add in baking pwdr and flour.
- Knead till smooth. Roll out very thin (1/8 inch if you can) on a floured board. Cut out circles with a drinking glass. Put a dollop of filling in the center of each circle. Mix in three sides over the filling to make a triangle with filling showing in the center. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min on a greased cookie sheet.
