  • 8 ounce king crab split legs thawed if necessary
  • 1/2 lb warm bulk sausage
  • 1 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 sm garlic clove chopped
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/8 tsp curry pwdr
  • 2 med tomatoes minced
  • 1 med green pepper minced
  • 1 c. frzn peas thawed
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion

Direcciones

  1. Cut crab legs into 2-inch pcs. In large skillet, crumble and brown sausage. Add in rice and garlic; saute/fry till rice is golden. Add in water and curry pwdr; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 20 min.
  2. Stir in tomatoes, pepper and peas; top with crab legs. Simmer, covered, 5 min longer or possibly till vegetables are crisp-tender and crab is thoroughly heated. Garnish with onion.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
