Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 2 tbsp. grnd allspice
- 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 c. pumpkin
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/4 c. apple butter
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, combine flours, oats, allspice, cinnamon, baking soda and baking pwdr. Mix well; set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine pumpkin, brown sugar, oil, Large eggs and apple butter; blend. Bake for 25 to 30 min. Top with crunch topping.
