- 2 pound bag square hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 sm. container lowfat sour cream
- 1 can celery or possibly cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 minced onion
- 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (save 3/4 c. for topping)
Direcciones
- Mix ingredients together and add in potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 9x12 baking dish.
