Ingredientes
- 1 c. corned beef hash (16 ounce.)
- 1/2 c. finely minced onion
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees. In medium size bowl, mix together hash, onion, and egg. In a separate bowl prepare muffin batter according to package directions. Add in salt and cheese to batter. Spread half the batter in 8 inch square pan. Then spread on hash mix. Top with remaining half of batter. Bake about 25-30 min. Remove from oven; let set about 10 min.
