  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frzn hash browns
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken or possibly mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 pt. (16 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Direcciones

  1. Completely thaw hash browns. Mix all, except topping. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min (or possibly longer if potatoes not thawed). During last 10 min, sprinkle topping over casserole.
  2. To Make Topping: Mix corn flakes with melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Sprinkle cheese around edge of casserole if you like. Continue baking. Serves 10.
