Receta Hawaiian Chicken
This recipe is the easiest thing that I have ever cooked, and an all-time favorite in the family. I got this from my mother-in-law and could not believe how easy, and how good it is. You can slim it down a bit with lighter dressing and chicken breasts, which are really good as well. Also great as a make-ahead freezer meal (mix sauce and freeze in bag, separate from chicken - thaw, then cook as directed).
Serve over steamed brown or white rice with a side of steamed broccoli. Yummy!
Ingredientes
- 8-10 chicken thighs and drumsticks
- 16 oz. Russian or Catalina Salad Dressing
- 1 Envelope Dry Onion Soup Mix
- 10 oz. Apricot Preserves
- 8 oz. Crushed Pineapple, drained
Direcciones
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Place chicken pieces in glass casserole dish.
- Mix all other ingredients together in large bowl. Pour over chicken pieces.
- Bake for 45-1 hour until sauce is thick and bubbly, and chicken is cooked through.
