Receta Hawaiian Quick Corn Chowder

Ingredientes
- 4 slc Bacon, minced
- 1/2 x Onion, chopped
- 1 can (15.25 ounce) cream-style corn
- 1 can (10.75 ounce) cream of potato soup
- 1 can (5 ounce) evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 1/4 c. Water
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, fry bacon. Add in onion; saute/fry for 1 minute. Add in remaining ingredients. Cover, lower heat, and simmer for 10 min.
- Makes 6servings.
- Optional: 1/4 c. minced green pepper, 1/2 c. minced celery, and dash of pepper may be added to chowder.
