Receta Hawaiian Sweet Potato Balls
Ingredientes
- 4 lg. cooked & mashed sweet potatoes
- 2-3 teaspoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Healthy pinch of cinnamon & nutmeg
- 2-3 T brown sugar
- Crushed corn flakes
- 8 pineapple rings
- 8 maraschino cherries
Direcciones
- Mix sweet potatoes, butter, salt, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar well. Make into 8 balls. Roll balls in crushed corn flakes. Place ball on top of pineapple slice and top with cherries. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
