Receta Hawaiian Turkey Fillets

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. pineapple sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
- 1/8 tsp grnd red pepper, optional
- 1 x garlic clove, finely minced
- 1 pkt turkey fillets (about 1 lb..)
Direcciones
- In medium bowl or possibly plastic food bag, combine first six ingredients. Add in turkey; marinate several hrs or possibly overnight in refrigerator.
- Remove turkey from marinade, reserve marinade. Grill turkey about 4 to 6 min on each side or possibly till turkey is not longer pink when cut into.
- In small saucepan mix cornstarch with reserved marinade. Cook, stirring occasionally, till sauce boils and slightly thickens.
- Serve sauce with turkey. Garnish with pineapple. 3 to 4 servings
