Receta HCG diet Mustard Salmon and Spinach dinner
For Phase 2 of HCG 1234 diet ....

Ingredientes
- 1 Organic (or other) salmon filet
- 1/2 c vegetable broth
- sugar free mustard (French's)
- Mustard seed
- Seasoned rice vinegar
- Lemon juice
- Spinach
- Lemon Juice
- garlic chips
- celery seed
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400. Use a case iron skillet if possible. Heat broth til bubbling. Coat salmon with mustard and mustard seed. Saute salmon in broth 3 mins/side. Sprinkle a tbsp. of vinegar and a squeeze of lemon juice in. Transfer to oven. Bake 15 - 20 mins, depending on whether you prefer salmon rare or medium etc.
- In a frying pan, bring a little water to boil. Add fresh spinach leaves (quite a lot, as it cooks down). Stir quickly, then remove from stove, drain off water, add lemon juice, garlic chips and celery seed.
- Serve salmon on top of (or beside) spinach.
