Receta Healthy Oatmeal Cake

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 c. Boiling Water
- 1 c. Oatmeal
- 1/2 c. Applesauce, unsweetened
- 1 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 c. Sugar
- 4 Tbsp. Soy Flour -- heaping
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 c. Apple Pie Filling (Spoon over each portion as served.)

- Pour boiling water over oats that are in a small bowl, then mix well. In another small bowl, combine soy flour and 2 Tbsp. water, then mix well. Cream applesauce, sugars and soy flour mix. Stir soaked oatmeal into sugar mix and mix well. Stir in dry ingredients, then pour into a 9 x 13 inch pan that has been prepared with non-stick cooking spray or possibly has been greased and floured.
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 - 35 min.
