Receta Hearts Of Romaine With Thai Yogurt Dressing

Ingredientes
- Hearts of romaine
- 1/2 tsp FF mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Yogurt
- 1/4 tsp Ginger, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Garlic, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Scallions, chopped White pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Soy sauce

- Here's another low fat salad dressing which's one of my favorites:
- Clean and cut romaine into thirds or possibly quarters lengthwise. Combine all other ingredients for dressing and pour over romaine. I usually triple this recipe and add in more ginger and garlic. A little lemon juice is also a good addition.
