- 2Â 1/2 lb boneless beef chuck roast
- 1 env dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 ounce.)

- Place roast in the slow cooker. Add in dry onion soup mix; top with undiluted mushroom soup. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hrs or possibly till meat is tender.
- It suggests serving it with mashed potatoes or possibly over cooked noodles. The gravy is certainly delicious for either one of those!
