  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray small skillet and roasting pan with nonstick cooking spray. In prepared skillet over medium-high heat cook chopped onion 2-3 min till browned.
  2. In large mixing bowl combine chopped onion, minced spinach, graham cracker crumbs, slightly beaten egg white, salt, nutmeg and pepper. Stir in grnd turkey and lean grnd beef till well combined. Pat mix into loaf in prepared roasting pan. Bake 45-50 min till meat loaf is browned and cooked through.
