- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 3/4 c. rolled oats
- 3/4 c. wheat germ
- 3/4 c. nonfat dry lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 egg
- 2 c. water
Direcciones
- Stir together dry ingredients. Add in oil, Large eggs, and water stirring till well blended. Fry on warm greased griddle. Makes about 12 five inch pancakes.
