Receta Whole Wheat Pancakes
Ingredientes
- 1/3 to 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 1/2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 teaspoon oil
Direcciones
- Combine dry ingredients. Combine liquid ingredients. Stir into dry ingredients only till moistened. Cook in lightly oiled skillet. Sufficient for 2 servings. Chill leftover pancakes for next day. Reheat in dry skillet, till hot. Serve with fruit.
