- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon sage
Direcciones
- Blend butter with remaining ingredients. Stuff turkey or possibly season with salt and pepper, as desired. Rub half the herb mix under skin of turkey. Cook turkey according to your favorite method, basting with herb mix every half hour till done.
