Direcciones

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Add in butter, stirring well; set aside. Cut tomatoes in half crosswise. Place tomato halves, cut side up, on rack of a broiler pan. Broil 7" from heat for 3 min. Sprinkle tomatoes with cereal mix and broil 1 additional minute. Place on a serving platter. 6 servings, 43 calories per half.
