Receta Herb Buttered Mushrooms (Fast)
Ingredientes
- 1 pound fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. dry sherry
- 1 tbsp. snipped basil or possibly 1 teaspoon dry basil, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper or possibly cracked black pepper
Direcciones
- Halve mushrooms. In a large skillet cook mushrooms, onion and garlic in butter, over medium heat, till mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in sherry, basil and lemon-pepper seasoning or possibly pepper. Cook 2-3 min more or possibly till heated through. Serves 4.
