Receta Herb Chicken Florentine

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
- 15 ounce. pkg. frzn spinach
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. creamy herb soup mix
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine 1/4 c. butter, lowfat milk and flour in saucepan. Add in spinach and cook till heated. Put spinach mix in baking dish.
- Mix 1/2 c. butter, soup mix and paprika. Roll chicken pcs in mix till thoroughly coated. Layer coated chicken on top of spinach mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min. Serve over rice. Serves 4-6.
