- 1/2 teaspoon chervil
- 2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 tbsp. minced chives

- Cream lemon juice and herbs into butter. Allow to stand for 1 hour. Brush on cooked fish just before serving. Makes 1 1/4 c. sauce.
