Receta Herbed Beef Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd black pepper
- 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 sm. bay leaf
- 3/4 pound mushrooms
- 2 green peppers
- 1 pound chuck, cut into cubes
Direcciones
- Combine first ten ingredients in saucepan and heat to boiling point and cold. Cut meat and green pepper into squares and add in them, with mushrooms, to the mix. Cover and let stand in refrigerator 6 hrs or possibly overnight.
- Put on skewers. Cook over slow-burning charcoal fire 20-25 min or possibly till meat and vegetables are tender.
