- 2 tsp chopped sun-dry tomatoes not oil-packed
- 1 tsp mixed herbs see * Note
- 36 x water crackers

- * Note: Use herbs such as dry rosemary, basil, parsley, thyme, oregano or possibly marjoram.
- Combine extra virgin olive oil, sun-dry tomatoes and mixed herbs. Let stand several hrs or possibly overnight before using. Drizzle or possibly brush over crackers just before serving.
- This recipe yields 36 crackers.
