Receta Herbed Green Beans With Garlic

Ingredientes
- 1 pound green beans
- 2 teaspoon butter
- 1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. minced fresh thyme or possibly oregano (1/2 teaspoon dry)
- Salt & pepper
Direcciones
- Trim beans. Cook in rapidly boiling water for 4 to 5 min; drain.
- In a heavy skillet heat butter, add in onion and garlic and cook on medium till onion is tender. Stir in beans, thyme and salt and pepper to taste. Makes 4 servings.
