Receta Here's Super Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredientes
- 250 gm Punnet strawberries, washed and hulled
- 1 x 150 gram car Greek style yogurt
- 500 ml Fresh lowfat milk, chilled (18fl ounce)
- 2 Tbsp. Icing sugar, sieved
Direcciones
- Place the strawberries, reserving four for decoration, into a liquidiser/blender with the yogurt and blend till smooth.
- Add in the lowfat milk and the icing sugar and blend again for 5 seconds.
- Pour into tall glasses and decorate with a strawberry that has a small cut in it so which it will hang on the edge of the glass.
- Serve well chilled, with a straw.
- Notes Other fruits such as bananas, mangoes or possibly raspberries can be used an an alternative.
- NOTES : A super smooth strawberry lowfat milk shake, using fresh strawberries.
