Receta Hermit Squares

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered cloves
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 c. minced walnuts
- 2 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Cover raisins with cool water and boil 15 min. Drain and cold, 30 to 35 min.
- Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift all dry ingredients and add in to creamed mix. Add in cooled raisins and minced nuts, mix in thoroughly. Spread into greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min. Cold in pan. Cut into squares.
