Receta Hilo Tropical Fruit Slaw

Ingredientes
- 1 x papaya, seeded, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 c. peeled and thinly sliced pineapple
- 1 med mango, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 x kiwifruit, peeled and thinly sliced
- 6 x strawberries, hulled and quartered
- 1/2 c. green grapes
- 1 x banana, sliced
- 1 x star fruit, ribs trimmed, thinly sliced and seeded (optional) Fruit Slaw Dressing (recipe follows)
- 1 med head radicchio, leaves separated (optional)
Direcciones
- In a large salad bowl, combine papaya, pineapple, mango, kiwifruit, strawberries, grapes, banana and star fruit. Mix in the prepared dressing.
- Serve on radicchio leaves, if using.
- Fruit Slaw Dressing
- 1 ripe papaya, seeded and peeled1/2 c. plain yogurt2 Tbsp. honey1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. grnd white pepper
- Place papaya, yogurt, honey, salt and white pepper in a food processor or possibly blender and process for 30 seconds.
- Makes 3/4 c..
