Receta Holiday Broccoli

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. broccoli
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon curry
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. bread or possibly cracker crumbs
Direcciones
- Wash and split broccoli stalks. Place in boiling water. Cook stems 5 min before adding flowers. Cook till tender; drain. Blend together soup, mayonnaise, and curry pwdr.
- In a 1 1/2 qt casserole, place broccoli; squeeze lemon juice over top. Cover with soup mix. Top with crumbs and dribble with melted butter. Bake 20 min at 350 degrees till bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
- If prepared ahead, store in refrigerator, allowing more time in oven to bring to bubbling stage.
