Receta Holiday Egg Nog Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. raspberry Jello
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn cranberry-orange relish
Direcciones
- Pour boiling water over raspberry Jello, stir to dissolve. Add in relish and stir till thawed. Pour into 7 c. mold and refrigeratetill set.
- For egg nog layer, drain pineapple juice into saucepan, reserving crushed pineapple. Soften gelatin in juice. Add in lime juice, heat till gelatin dissolves. Cold.
- Add in egg nog. Refrigeratetill partially set. Mix in reserved pineapple, celery and nuts. Pour over cranberry layer. Chill.
