Receta Holiday Fruit Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 pkg. Pillsbury Quick bread mix, nut & date
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. oil
- 6 Large eggs
- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. pecans (halves or possibly minced)
- 3 c. candied fruit
- 2 tbsp. allspice (if you like)
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make 10 inch baby loaf pans or possibly 5 big pans. Combine Large eggs, lowfat milk and oil in large bowl. Add in remaining ingredients; stir by hand till combined. Bake at 350 degrees for 75-85 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. For top: Cut up candied pineapple cherry corn syrup.
