Receta Holiday Salad Mold

Ingredientes
- 2 c. fruit juice (not lemon or possibly grapefruit)
- 1 pkg lemon Jello
- 1 c. whole cranberry sauce
- 1 c. diced apple
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 c. tokay grapes, halved
Direcciones
- Heat fruit juice over low heat, add in gelatin and stir till dissolved. Add in remaining ingredients and pour into 12 individual molds or possibly muffin tins, refrigeratetill set. Serve on lettuce leaves with dollop of mayonnaise.
