Receta Holland Gouda Pinwheels

Ingredientes
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, up to 4
- 2/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 10 ounce Gouda cheese, shredded
- 1 c. Finely diced cooked ham
- 1/4 c. Finely minced celery
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in the butter. Stir in lowfat milk with a fork.
- Turn dough onto a floured board and knead for 15 to 20 seconds. Roll out dough into an oblong about 1/4 inch thick. Mix together filling ingredients and spread over the dough. Roll up jelly roll fashion. Cut into 3/4 inch slices and place 2 1/2 inches apart on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 F for about 15 min or possibly till golden.
- Makes about 16 to 20pinwheels. Serve with coffee for breakfast, with soup for lunch or possibly dinner or possibly on their own as a light snack.
