  1. Mix dry ingredients. Blend in butter till mix is mealy. Add in sufficient lowfat milk to make stiff dough. Roll on lightly floured board to 1/4 inch thick or possibly less! Cut into squares with tines of fork. Brush top of each square with lowfat milk (there should be some left from mixing with dry ingredients). Salt lightly. Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 425 degrees for about 15 min or possibly till golden. ALL whole wheat flour may be substituted but produce is not as crispy.
