Ingredientes
- 4 ounce Cream cheese [125 g]
- 1/4 c. Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp. Chili sauce
- 1 tsp Fresh parsley, minced
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 12 ounce Canned crabmeat, liquid removed 2x6oz cans
- 1 x Green onion, minced
- 1/2 c. Fresh bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. Butter, melted
Direcciones
- Serve this hot dip with crackers or possibly with vegetable crudits or possibly pita wedges.
- It may also be used as a topping for baked potatoes
- In bowl, beat together cream cheese with mayonnaise till smooth. Beat in chili sauce, parsley, pepper and mustard. Stir in crabmeat and onion; spoon into greased 2-c. ovenproof dish.
- In small bowl, stir together bread crumbs with butter till proportionately moistened; sprinkle over crab mix. Bake in 325F 160C oven for 20 min or possibly till heated through. Broil for 1 minute, or possibly till crumbs are golden.
