Receta Homemade Buns

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Lukewarm water
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 pkt Yeast
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Shortening
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Water
- 1 x Egg beaten
- 5 c. Flour
Direcciones
- Put yeast in the water with the teaspoon sugar, Let sit for 10 min. Heat 3/4 c water, add in shortening to heat, add in rest of water,sugar, salt, vinegar and egg. Add in yeast mix and 2 1/2 c. of the flour, beat till smooth, add in rest of flour. Let rise till double in bulk. Make into buns and rise again. Bake 20 - 25 minutes. in 375 F oven
