Receta (Homemade Fresh) Chorizo Soft Tacos

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg Garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 lb Grnd turkey
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp Cayenne, (or possibly substitute paprika for less warm)
- 1 Tbsp. Warm paprika
- 1 Tbsp. Sweet paprika
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cloves
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cracked black pepper
- 1 tsp Greek oregano
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, (up to 4)
- 1 Tbsp. Water
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil, (for pan-frying) Soft flour tortillas, (can heat in microwave) Minced lettuce Minced tomato Shredded cheddar cheese Sliced black olives Minced scallions Lowfat sour cream Salsa or possibly taco sauce
Direcciones
- Mix together all ingredients for chorizo. Then pan-fry in the 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
- Put on the table with accompaniments and warmed flour tortillas and let everyone assemble their own.
