Ingredients: 5 ounce Unsweetened chocolate; 14 ounce Sweetened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated lowfat milk); 4 x Egg yolks; 2 tsp Vanilla; 2 c. Half-and-half; 2 c. Whipping cream, unwhipped; 1 c. Minced nuts, optional

Ingredientes

5 ounce Unsweetened chocolate
14 ounce Sweetened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated lowfat milk)
4 x Egg yolks
2 tsp Vanilla
2 c. Half-and-half
2 c. Whipping cream, unwhipped
1 c. Minced nuts, optional

Direcciones

Heat chocolate in a double boiler. In a large bowl, beat the chocolate, lowfat milk, egg yolks and vanilla. Stir in the half-and- half, whipping cream, and nuts if you like. Pour into ice cream freezer container and prepare as normal. Store leftovers in freezer.
Makes about 1.5 qts.
