- 5 Large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 3/4 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1 tbsp. vanilla

- In a large mixing bowl, beat Large eggs till foamy. Add in sugar and sweetened lowfat milk and beat for several min. Stir in lowfat milk, cream, and vanilla. Pour into a gallon ice cream freezer. Yields 1 gallon.
