Made the dressing today and tossed it over hot baby yukon gold potato and green beans after they were boiled for 15 to 20 minutes in a skillet with sauted green onions. I did add lime juice and more oregano and thyme. Pretty tasty. Even if I do say so. n dixon

The Ken's Creamy Italian Salad Dressing recipe you emailed to me was not the recipe I needed. When I was recently in an Italian Restaurant and asked for the recipe for the salad dressing they used on their Antipasto salad they told me it was Ken's. They also said that this particular Creamy Italian Dressing was only sold to restaurants and not available to individuals in the grocery store. They only 'bottled" it in large restaurant containers.
The dressing is a light golden/yellow with a mild flavor. My husband and I LOVED it and can't find a recipe for it anywhere. Can you help?
