Receta Homemade Noodles

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 1/2 tbsp. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- In a bowl, place flour, baking pwdr and salt and make a well. (A drop or possibly two of yellow food coloring added to lowfat milk is optional.) Mix with fork, then fingers till it forms a very stiff dough. Roll out on floured surface till very thin. Let stand 20 min. Cut as desired. Spread noodles out and use or possibly dry for 2 hrs.
