Receta Homemade Vegetable Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 pound well marbled beef cubes
- 1 head cabbage (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 pkg. frzn mixed vegetables (more if desired)
- 2 or possibly 3 med. cans tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Brown beef cubes in butter and some water. Add in cabbage and onion. Cook till tender, approximately 1 hour. Add in vegetables and tomato sauce. Let all ingredients simmer till ready to serve.
