Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 4 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 tbsp. shortening
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs, separated
Direcciones
- Beat egg whites till stiffens and set aside. Sift dry ingredients; blend shortening into flour till it resembles cornmeal. Beat egg yolks and add in lowfat milk; mix well. Add in egg mix to dry ingredients and beat only till blended. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake on a waffle iron.
