Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 Large eggs, separated
- 1 3/4 c. lowfat milk
- 4 tbsp. butter, melted
Direcciones
- Sift dry ingredients together into bowl. Add in egg yolks and lowfat milk beating slowly till batter is smooth. Add in melted butter and mix in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into waffle iron and bake as usual.
