Receta Homemade Yeast Rolls

Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1-2 Packages yeast
- 4-6 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. salt
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Melted butter
Direcciones
- Combine lowfat milk, sugar and shortening in saucepan. Hot over low heat till shortening melts; set aside to cold. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c. hot water in large bowl. Mix flour, salt, soda and baking pwdr. Add in flour mix and yeast to lowfat milk. Let rise, covered in hot place for 1 hour or possibly till double in bulk.
